Why Us? That is a difficult question to answer. I always say that taking your computer in for repair is like going to the doctor. You place your trust in the repair shop and only they can lose the trust.

I guess the best way for us to answer that question is to say to you to look at our reviews. I know that reviews can be bought but every one of our reviews can be supported by a customer invoice. Indeed Which? Trusted Trader vets every review it receives and asks the customer to prove that the review is genuine by asking to see the invoice before the review is published.

I could say that we are honest and trustworthy and reliable and of course we are those things. Rather than listen to us say it why not check out a few of our reviews. Read them and you will see what the customer say about us. Honesty and integrity are mentioned quite a few times.

What I will say is that we care about your computer and the data upon it. I can assure you that we will do our best to bring your repair or your purchase to a successful conclusion that you are happy with. Never once have we put money before what is right for the customer. We have reviews that will also say that our best advice was to go elsewhere for instance maybe back to the shop that the computer was bought from. We believe that being honest with our customers is the most important thing. Indeed buried somewhere in our Google reviews a lady called Abi highlighted that we told her the truth. She brought her computer to us in May 2019 and in her review said this “I love a company that respects the customer enough to tell them the truth”
