All repairs that are undertaken by Team M-PC are fully guaranteed for 3 months from the date of service. This means that if the identical fault re-occurs within that time it will be re-visited free of charge.

For convenience, lengthy or time consuming repairs are done in house at our premises in Staplehurst. This allows us full access to our range of diagnostic/repair software as well as connectivity to the internet for obtaining the latest hardware drivers etc etc.
